Grated Ferments

Sauerkraut is the commonly-known grated ferment in our culture! Here, you’ll find a variety of options for kraut and even grated vegetable ferments that don’t include cabbage!

Cabbage & Carrot Kraut-my absolute favorite! Any root vegetable (beet, turnip, rutabaga, parsnip, radish) can take the place of carrots in this recipe or make a combination of several. Tang and zest at its finest!

Sweet Purple Kraut -if you are a fan of sweet-and-salty combos, you’ll love this ferment as a side dish to your meal!

Turnip & Dill -this is a mild-tasting ferment. Lots of variations can be made with a bland turnip base!
