Garden Scrambled Eggs

  • 1/2 C zucchini
  • 2 slices of onion
  • 4 sliced garlic cloves
  • 2 slices of bell pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • dill & parsley
  • salt & pepper

Directions: finely slice zucchini, onion, garlic and pepper. Saute in frying pan until slightly softened. Add eggs and mix into vegetables. Sprinkled with salt, pepper and herbs of choice. Cook until done to liking!
