Coconut Cinnamon Cereal

My man loves this cereal for breakfast. When making it, buy your coconut in bulk to cut back on prices! It’s totally worth the cost! Coconut Cinnamon Cereal

  • 1 C unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 C raw sunflower seeds (or buckwheat for more crunch)
  • 1 Tbs cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 C maple syrup
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp melted coconut oil
